1. To a saucepan, add the orange juice, sugar, and cinnamon stick. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 5-7 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.
2. Pour the hot liquid over the chopped dates in a bowl and cover. Let the mixture cool to at least room temperature before using.
3. Place the labneh on a serving plate, then pour the date mixture with all its liquid on top.
4. Sprinkle fresh mint leaves and chopped walnuts over the labneh. Serve with crackers.
