Corn Pancake

Ingredients

1 Cup nada sweet corn
1 piece egg
0.25 Cup milk
0.5 Cup flour
0.5 tsp baking powder
0.5 tsp black pepper
0.5 tsp salt
2 tbsp green onions
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp sour cream

Instructions

1. In a bowl Whisk egg and milk, then add flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in corn, green onion and mix, batter should be thick.
2. In a non stick pan Heat oil and drop a scoop of batter per pancake, flatten, and cook 2–3 min per side until golden.
3. Top with sour cream, green onion and serve.
