1. The work area and all tools must be clean and sterile.
2. In a large cup, add oil, eggs, almond milk, vanilla and honey and stir well.
3. Add flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt and coffee and stir. Add part of the chocolate pieces, stir, then add the rest on top.
4. Place the mug in the microwave at maximum power for two minutes. Serve the cake immediately with ice cream and chocolate sauce.
