1. In a skillet, add olive oil, minced beef and Sauté until browned, then add garlic, chili flakes, cumin, paprika, and salt and cook for 1–2 min.
2. Stir in tomato paste and water, simmer 5–7 min until thick. Then add chedder cheese.
3. In a serving dish add french fries and top with beef mixture.
4. Sprinkle with chedder, parmesan and green onion and Serve.
