1. The work area and all tools must be clean and sterile.
2. In a cup or plate, add the berries with sugar and mash well.
3. Place the matcha in a small strainer and sift well into a small bowl. Add boiling water and beat with a small whisk for 30 seconds.
4. In a serving cup, add the berry puree, then the ice cubes, then the oat milk.
Add the matcha on top and serve.
