Yoghurt with Cucumber Salad

  • 2 packs of Nada Yoghurt 380 gm
  • Juice of one lemon (about 3 Tsp)
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 kg medium cucumbers, skimmed and cut to small cubes
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh dill (can be substituted with mint leaves for a slightly different taste
  • Salt (as desired)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil



  1. In food processor with steel blade, add cucumbers, garlic, lemon juice, dill and a few grinds of black pepper. Process until well blended and then stir this mixture into the yoghurt . Taste before adding any extra salt.
  2. Place in refrigerator for at least two hours before serving so flavours can blend and before serving add the olive oil
