Dessert Recipes English-Day 13



  • ½ kg Puff pastry dough
  • ½ Cup Almonds, crushed
  • ½ Cup Raisins, seedless
  • 4 Cups NADA Fresh Milk 
  • ½ Cup walnuts, crushed  
  • ½ Cup Pistachios, finely crushed  
  • ¾ Cup Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 100gm NADA Fresh Cream
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar powder



  • Preheat oven to 180oC
  • Spread the puff pastry then cut equally into 4 rectangles
  • Place the puff pastry pieces on a buttered oven tray until they puff up and color turns golden brown
  • Mix the almonds, raisins & walnuts
  • Cut the puff pastry & in buttered oven tray place a layer of puff pastry then a layer of mix nuts and top layer of puff pastry
  • Mix NADA Fresh Milk with the sugar and pour it on top of puff pastry layer. Spread the NADA Fresh Cream and sprinkle with fine sugar
  • Bake in oven for 30 minutes & broil for 5 minutes until the top crust colour turns golden brown color
  • Finally sprinkle the pistachios & serve hot
