Tomato Oat Soup

  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil 
  • 1 Cup oats
  • ½ Bunch of fresh Coriander, chopped 
  • 5 Large Tomatoes cut into cubes 
  • 4 Tablespoons Nada Tomato Paste 
  • 1 Large onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 3 Cups chicken stock 
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt



  • Heat a large frying pan over medium-low heat. Pour in the olive oil, and let it heat up. Add the oats; cook and stir until toasted
  • In a blender or large food processor, combine the tomatoes, onion, and garlic, 1 cup of chicken stock, Nada Tomato Paste and coriander, blend until smooth.
  • Pour into the cooking pan with the toasted oats. Stir in the remaining 2 cups of water, and bring to a boil. Mix in the salt.
  • Cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
