Strawberry Parfaits

  • 200gm Nada Fresh Cream 
  • 1 tablespoon sugar 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups roughly sliced strawberries
  • 3 tablespoons Nada Fresh Milk
  • 3/4 cup cookies of your choice, broken into pieces (or substitute granola clusters)
  • Few pieces of fresh mix berries


  1. Place Nada Fresh Cream in a bowl and begin to whip softly untilit thickens noticeably. 
  2. Gradually add sugar to cream, continuing to whip between additions. 
  3. Add vanilla and continue to whip until a soft peak is left behind when the whip is removed. The cream should be just thick enough to hold its shape (do not over-beat or it will begin to get lumpy and resemble whipped butter). 
  4. In a medium bowl, add Nada Fresh Milk to the strawberries and mash with a fork. 
  5. Spoon a layer of strawberries in a tall glass. top with a layer of cookie mixture then add a layer of the whipped cream.
  6. Continue layering strawberries, cookies, cream, until glass is filled, ending with a last layer of cream. Place a mix berries &strawberry on top as garnish.
  7. Chill the completed parfaits for 20 minutes (Serve cold) 
  8. Nada Tip: Parfaits will keep for up to two days in the refrigerator. We sometimes make several at a time and keep them chilling for a quick dessert or fruity summer snack.
