Salmon Burger with Sour Cream-Dill Sauce

Ingredients:

Sauce:

  • 200 gm Nada Sour Cream
  • 3 tablespoons low fat mayonnaise
  • ¾ teaspoon dried dill

Burgers:

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons Nada Fresh Milk
  • 5 pcs salmon (skinned & boneless) – each piece approx 100 gm
  • 2 medium green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup soft bread crumbs
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions: 

  1. In a small bowl, stir sauce ingredients until they’re mixed well. Cover and refrigerate until serving
  2. In a medium bowl, beat egg and milk with fork or wire whisk. Stir in remaining ingredients except oil. Shape mixture into 5 patties
  3. In a nonstick frying pan, heat oil over medium heat. Fry patties in oil for about 8 minutes, turning once, until golden brown. Serve with sauce.
