Raspberry Cheesecake

  • 1 cup Nada Raspberry juice
  • 1 cup Nada Fresh Milk
  • 2 packs Nada Fresh Cream
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 packs tea biscuit
  • 2 pouches dream whip
  • 2 pouches crème caramel
  • 8 portions cream cheese
  • Fresh Raspberries for topping



  • Dip biscuits in Nada Fresh milk and press into an oven pan.
  • Mix Nada Fresh Cream, dream whip and cheese in a mixer.
  • Pour on top of the biscuits and refrigerate until cold.
  • Mix Nada raspberry juice and crème caramel, put over heat until mixture boils. Put aside until cold.
  • Put in blender until mixture becomes consistent.
  • Pour on top of the cream in the pan
  • Garnish with fresh raspberries
