Pineapple Cake

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Nada Pineapple Juice
  • 6 Pineapple slices
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons orange zest

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180⁰ C
  2. Beat eggs, sugar and oil in a food processor
  3. Add the flour, baking powder & orange zest to the mix
  4. Prepare the over pan, add sugar and put overheat until sugar turns golden brown
  5. Add the pineapple slices on top of the sugar then pour the mix over the pineapple
  6. Put in oven for 40 minutes
  7. Remove from oven, flip over into the presentation tray and pour the Nada Pineapple Juice all over the cake
  8. Leave to cool before serving
