Dessert Recipes English-Day 22

 

Dough Ingredients

  • 1kg Semolina, fine 
  • 1 Tin condensed sweetened milk   
  • 1 ¾ cup of butter ghee  
  • 1 Cup of water 
  • 100gm Sugar 
  • ½ Cup Rose Water  

 

Topping ingredients

  • 1 Tin condensed sweetened milk   
  • 3 Cups water, cold 
  • 100gm Corn flour 
  • 100gm Nada Fresh Cream 
  • 2 Tablespoons Flower water 
  • 200gm Mixed nuts (Roasted) 

 

Directions

  • Melt the ghee in a cooking pan, on a low-medium heat. When it turns golden add the condensed milk, water, sugar, rose water & mix well for 5 min until turns soft. 
  • In another cooking pan, on a medium high heat add water, condensed milk, corn flour & flower water. Mix until all ingredients blend well, then add the Nada fresh cream, stir the mix until it thickness. Leave it aside to cool down. 
  • spread the dough in a flat bottomed round tray , spread the cream on the top then sprinkle the mixed nuts all over the cream
