Lazy Cake

  • 200 gm Tea biscuit (coarsely crushed)
  • 100 gm Nada Fresh Cream
  • ½ Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 Tablespoons Cocoa powder
  • ½ cup Fine sugar



  • Stir NADA Fresh Cream, crushed biscuit, sugar and vanilla in a bowl 
  • Transfer the lazy cake preparation onto a plastic sheet (you can cut open a clean plastic bag to a rectangular shape and put it on your kitchen counter)
  • Roll the cake mixture until it forms a log-like shape (cylinder shape)
  • Close the plastic bag & wrap it with silver foil and put in the freezer for 5 hours, until it firms up very well
  • Take the lazy cake from the freezer, remove the foil & plastic wrap cover cut it into slices and enjoy!
