Dessert Recipes English-Day 11




  • ½ KG Konafah
  • ½ cup ghee (melted)
  • 100 gm butter (melted)
  • 200 gm Nada Fresh Cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ½ cup Nada Fresh Milk
  • Sugar syrup
  • Pistachio for decoration (fine ground)
  • For Sugar Syrup :
  • ½ cups sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ cup lemon juice




  • Place the Konafah in a deep bowl,   (softly torn), then add sugar,   Nada Fresh milk, melted ghee & butter, then mix all ingredients well.   
  • Spread half of the konafah mix into an oven tray and flatten its top, then spread Nada Fresh Cream evenly, then add another layer of konafah.
  • Place in pre heated oven 120oC for 30 minutes (make sure that  the  bottom layer colour becomes golden  brown); take it out and flip the  oven tray into the presentation  tray and shower it with sugar syrup
  • Sprinkle pistachios on top for  decoration
  • Sugar Syrup Direction: 
  • Mix sugar with water over medium, heat till it thickens then add the lemon juice and keep aside
