Kebbeh with Yogurt

  • 14 pieces Meat Kebbeh, readymade  
  • 1½ Cups Corn oil

Yogurt Sauce

  • 1Kg Nada Fresh Yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon Corn flour
  • 2 Cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ Coriander, dry   
  • 2 Cups water
  • 2 Tablespoons Corn oil 
  • 1 Tablespoon Salt



  • Heat the oil in a deep frying pan on medium-high heat. Fry the Kebbeh until the colour turns to golden brown
  • Heat large cooking pan on medium-high heat. Add the water, Nada Fresh Yogurt, salt & stir well. Then add the corn flour and continue stirring until the mix is fully blended. Add the fired Kebbeh & stir then leave the mix to boil for 20 minutes
  • Warm the oil in a flat frying pan on medium-high heat. Add the garlic then the coriander, mix well for 5 minutes
  • Pour garlic /coriander mix on top of the  yogurt, cover the cooking pan & leave the yogurt to boil for further 10 minutes 

Serve hot with boiled rice
