Meat Balls Ingredients

  • 700gm Lean ground beef
  • 1 Cup Onions, finely chopped or pureed in a blender. 
  • 1 Clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Salt 
  • 1 Tablespoon Mix spice


Sauce Ingredients

  • 5 Tomatoes, peeled & pureed in a blender
  • 4 Tablespoons Nada Tomato Paste 
  • 1 Tablespoon Salt 
  • ½ Tablespoon Black pepper 
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive oil 
  • 1 Onion, cut into wedges



  • Preheat oven to °180c
  • Mix ground beef, onions, salt, & black peppers until allingredients are blended well. 
  • Then shape small meatballs 
  • Place the meat balls in an oven tray coated with oil; bake until browned, shaking the pan lightly to turn meat balls over during cooking.
  • Warm the oil in cooking pan on medium-high heat; add the onions and stir till the colour turns golden brown. Add the tomato puree, salt black pepper & Nada Tomato Paste, stir well for 5 minutes then drop the meat balls slowly into the pan. Stir well & cover. Leave it on low heat for 20 minutes 
  • Served hot with boiled rice or pasta or pasta
