Yoghurt Corn Salad

Ingredients

  • 400gm Sweet corn 
  • 2 Potatoes, medium size (boiled and cut into cubes)
  • 1 Flat bread, roasted (cut into cubes)  
  • 3 Packs Nada Fresh Yoghurt, 170gm 
  • ½ cup Lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise 
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt 
  • ½ Teaspoon Sumac
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil    

 

Directions

  • In a deep bowl mix the corn, potatoes, Nada Fresh Yogurt, lemon & Mayonnaise. 
  • Add the salt & sumac and mix well.
  • Put the mix in fridge for 1 hour.
  • Add the olive oil then roasted bread before serving.
