Chocolate Yoghurt Cake

Ingredients

  • 150 gm Butter
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Cups self-raising flour
  • ¾ Cup Cocoa powder
  • ¼ Teaspoon Bicarbonate of soda
  • 2 Cups NADA Fresh Yoghurt

 

Direction

  • Preheat oven to 180oc
  • Blend the butter & sugar until the mix is light, add the eggs until the mix is smooth
  • Sieve the flour, cocoa & bicarbonate of soda into the mixture, pour in NADA FRESH Yoghurt & fold in until smooth
  • Pour the mix into a buttered oven tin & bake for 25 - 20 mins, or until you can insert a knife blade in the center of the cake and take it out dry.
  • NADA Tip: Let the cake cool down before unmolding it to prevent it breaking into pieces.
