Chicken with Mushroom Sauce

  • 500gm Fresh mushrooms (cleaned & sliced) 
  • 6 Pieces Chicken breast, sliced in half, pounded & salted 
  • 4 Tablespoons Corn oil, divided  
  • 2 Cups of Onions, finely chopped 
  • 3 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 Cup chicken stock 
  • 1 cup Water
  • 200gm Nada Sour Cream
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt 
  • ½ Cup Parmesan cheese  



  • Preheat oven to °180c
  • Warm the oil in a frying pan on medium-high heat, fry the chicken until the skin colour turns golden brown (turn once)
  • Warm the oil in a cooking pan on a medium-high heat add the garlic, onions, salt and stir.
  • Then add water & chicken stock & leave it to boil. Add NADA Sour Cream and ¼ cupof parmesan cheese, stir well & leave it to boil for 10 min.-
  • Add the mushrooms & chicken breasts into a baking tray & pour the sauce over the chicken and mix softly. Spread the parmesan cheese on the top. Bake for 30 min& broil for a further 5 min until the top colour turns golden brown.  
  • Blend in the NADA Fresh Cream, Nada Fresh Milk & cream cheese until the mixture blends perfectly 
  • Served hot with boiled rice or pasta
