  • 5 Flat Bread (white) 
  • 6 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 800gm chicken breast (boiled & shredded) 
  • 2 Cups onion (wedges) 
  • 1 Tablespoon sumac
  • 2 Tablespoons pine seeds (Roasted)
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • ½ Teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 Pack Nada Fresh Yoghurt 170gm



  • Set oven to medium heat 
  • Heat the olive oil in large frying pan on medium-high heat, add the onion and stir until it turns golden brown. 
  • Add the Sumac along with salt & pepper and stir well. 
  • Add chicken then add the roasted pine seeds .
  • Spread the chicken mix into the flat bread equally & roll it carefully making sure that both sides are closed.
  • Align the rolls in oven at medium heat tray coated with olive oil bake in oven until it turns golden brown (turning once)
  • Cut in half and serve with NADA Fresh Yoghurt
