Chicken Masala

Main Dish Recipies English-Day 5



  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 800gm chicken breast cut in (medium size cubes) 
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 Teaspoons ginger & garlic,crushed
  • 2 Teaspoons tikka masala spice 
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • 170gm Nada Fresh Yogurt 


Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 Teaspoons ginger, crushed
  • 1 Teaspoon garlic, crushed 
  • ½ Tablespoon masala spice
  • 5 Large tomatoes cut into cubes 
  • 3 Tablespoons Nada Tomato Paste
  • ¼ Teaspoon cardamom powder 
  • 200 gm Nada Sour Cream 


Chicken Marinate Directions

  • Marinate the chicken with lemon juice, ginger, garlic & salt, keep it in fridge for 30 mins. After chilling add NADA Fresh Yoghurt, tikka masala spices & olive oil to the chicken, mix well & leave it out for 30 mins 
  • Grill the Chicken cubes under  medium heat


Sauce Directions

  • Blend the tomatoes in blender then pour the sauce into a medium cooking pan on a medium-high heat then add  ginger, garlic, masala spice & cardamom along with NADA Tomato Paste. Boil for 10 mins.    
  • Strain the mix and return it back to the cooking pan on medium-high heat. Add the chicken cubes & cook until the sauce thickness  
  • Finally add NADA Sour Cream with the punch of masala spice then serve hot
