Carrot Soup

Soup recipes English-Day 22



  • 4 Medium sized carrots (washed & sliced) 
  • 3 Cups of chicken stock
  • 1 Tablespoon starch powder 
  • 1 Tablespoon butter 
  • 1 cup of NADA Fresh Milk           
  • 1 Teaspoon salt



  • In a cooking pan, over medium-heat  add chicken stock and leave it to boil, after that add the sliced carrots and leave it to simmer for 20 minutes
  • Leave the mix to cool down then pour it into a blender, add salt & blend until the soup mix is like a puree
  • Return carrot puree into the cooking pan, over  medium-heat to boil
  • Dissolve the starch powder with 1 cup of water 
  • Add the starch water to the carrot mix, then the butter and mix well. Finally add NADA Fresh Milk and bring to boil.

NADA Tip: leave the cooking cover off for a thicker soup texture
