Hummos

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dry chickpeas
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 4 teaspoons Tahina
  • 4 teaspoons mayonnaise
  • 1 pack Nada Yoghurt 170 gm
  • Water to boil the chickpeas
  • Olive oil

 

Directions:

  1. Soak the chickpeas in water for 2 hours then boil them in clean water until they cook
  2. Keep a couple of chickpeas for decoration. Mix all the ingredients except the olive oil in a mixer till it blends then put in a plate for serving after decorating it with olive oil and the chickpeas
