Chicken Balls with Cheese and White Sauce

  • 1 cup of Feta Cheese or by desire
  • ½ Kilo of thin shredded chicken
  • 1 Cup of NADA milk for dipping
  • 3 Cups of NADA milk for the sauce
  • 3 Large spoons of Flour
  • 1 Cup of breadcrumbs
  • Salt and grinded pepper
  • A spoon of butter
  • 2 Large spoons of vegetable oil
  • Parsley, green onions and carrots for garnishing


  1. Add the cheese, salt and pepper to the shredded chicken and kneaded until all the ingredients come together
  2. The dough is made into balls and dipped into Nada Milk then into the breadcrumbs
  3. Fry the balls in hot oil then put them aside to dry
  4. Heat the butter and add flour, steer for two minutes and add Nada milk then steer it fast until mixed well.
  5. Pack the chicken balls in a pan and add the sauce on top. Put it in the oven for 30 minutes until broiled
  6. For garnishing, sprinkle some parsley, carrots and green onions on top then serve hot.
